Henrich Kisker, Non-Executive Director and Board Member

Henrich, born in 1955, has worked for SPEAG since its inception in 1994 in various positions as internal and external adviser in corporate, legal and financial matters. Since January 2008, he serves as a non-executive director and chairs the board meetings of the Company.

Henrich received his MBA in 1981 from Cologne University (Dipl. Kfm) and is a qualified Swiss CPA (dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer).

Today, Henrich is the head of the tax and treasury function of Senior PLC, an international manufacturing group, quoted at the London Stock Exchange. Before he joined Senior in 1992, Henrich worked in the in the audit and business advisory division of Arthur Andersen in Germany and Switzerland.
