EXTENDED GUARANTEE SERVICES FOR iSAR²

 

SPEAG offers a comprehensive support & maintenance service for iSAR². The agreement includes extensive calibration plus many more benefits, some of which are listed below. If you are interested in receiving a sample contract, please send your request at info@speag.com.

Annual recalibration for the most common communication bands and modes below 3 GHz;
Discount of 50% on any other calibrations not included above;

Remote technical support, system troubleshooting and instruction to personnel, typically within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and identification of the problem and initiation of corrective actions within 3 days on average;

In the event that remote support cannot resolve the problem, SPEAG will send, upon request, replacement components for the duration of the repair period;

Maintenance and repair for both hardware and software;

Regular web training and distribution of technical information as well as notification of revisions, modifications and enhancements;

Discount of 25% for revisions and modifications of the current version of the system beyond updates;
Free replacement items for the time during which the system is in Zurich for repair or recalibration;
