EXTENDED GUARANTEE SERVICES FOR DASY52

 

SPEAG offers a comprehensive support & maintenance service for the entire DASY52 system. The agreement guarantees minimal down-time of the system plus many more benefits, some of which are listed below. Remote technical support, system troubleshooting and instruction to personnel within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays);

In the event that remote support cannot resolve the problem, replacement components will be sent immediately at no extra cost;

Repairs and updates are included in the agreement;

Regular web training and distribution of technical information as well as notification of system revisions, modifications and enhancements;

Discount of 25% on revisions and modifications of the current version of the system beyond updates;
Discount of 30% on all calibration fees;
Discount of 25% on the loan fee for replacement items during calibration.
