ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation for Calibration of cSAR3D and TDS Awarded!

The SPEAG SCS 108 Calibration Laboratory is celebrating yet another achievement: Approval by the Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS) of SPEAG’s proficiency for calibration of instruments in the cSAR3D and TDS product lines! These product lines can now be added tot he list of ISO/IEC 17025 level calibration services offered by SPEAG for items belonging to the DASY, DAK and iSAR product lines (http://speag.swiss/services/cal-lab/calibration-services/). The approval for the additions was granted after a recent audit conducted by the Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS); accreditation for the previously approved services was also renewed.

The third-party-review process, the audit, was conducted by representatives of Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS). With the mission to realize and disseminate internationally harmonized and recognized units of measurement with the necessary accuracy. METAS supervises the execution of legal provisions by authorized verification offices such as the SAS in the approval of measuring instruments in the field of commerce, traffic, public safety, health and environment.
