ZMT & SPEAG Exhibit at MEDIX in Tokyo

ZMT Zurich MedTech AG and SPEAG joined Japanese partner PTT Company Limited as exhibitors at the 5th Medical Device Development & Manufacturing Expo (MEDIX) in Tokyo, June 25 – 27, 2014. This specialized exhibition, a trade show for business meeting held inside Manufacturing World Japan 2014, brings together the latest technologies for developing and manufacturing medical devices. MEDIX attracts a large number of medical device manufacturers making a wide variety of products, including syringes, thermometers, artificial organs, catheters, MRI systems, patient monitors, etc., as well as the support industries, such as metal/plastic processing and manufacturing equipment and components, required for designing and manufacturing medical devices and state-of-the-art technologies for factory automation, measurement, imaging, packaging, and IT solutions. Manufacturing World Japan, convened every year at the Tokyo “Big Sight” International Convention Center and one of the world’s largest manufacturing exhibitions, attracted over 80,000 visitors this year.

Wolfgang Wiedemair and Nik Chavannes supported the PTT team at the PTT / ZMT / SPEAG booth at MEDIX, presenting mainly the products Sim4Life, DAK, and TDS. Sim4Life was also demonstrated at the "Medical Equipment: State-of-the-art Technology Seminar".
