Robotics Research Rocks - 2013 National Future Day

Nine curious young people spent Thursday, November 14 visiting our team at the IT’IS, SPEAG, and ZMT laboratories for the 2013 National Future Day.

Leandro, Liza, Emil, Gedaljoh, Kilian, Michal, Marc, Max, and Ludwig had an exciting opportunity to experience some of the kinds of work performed at our facilities. They learned about robotics and had a chance to try their hands at manipulating the DASY robotics arm, and explored a human factor study for gaming hands. They also challenged their manual skills in our electronics department by building a small robot.
