DASY52 Software Release V6.2 and SEMCAD X V14.4.5

We are pleased to announce a new release of DASY52. This release resolves reported bugs and various minor requests/suggestions made by our customers such as:

• report generator issues
• evaluations of incomplete scans including maximum-on-bouydary re-evaluations
• added identification for T-Coil calibration job
• corrected probe distance to surface warnings
• corrected evaluation of GSM measurements for HAC compliance
• better detection of AMMI/ T-Coil wiring and probe errors
