Chung-Huan Li was born in May, 1979 in Taipei, Taiwan. He earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) in 2002 and 2004, respectively.   He joined the Foundation for Research on Information Technologies in Society (IT’IS), Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich, Switzerland in April 2007 as a Ph.D. student.
